ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY (REV. 2 DATED 27/09/2021)
The leadership of SA Fire Protection s.r.l. are interested in the achievement and the evidence of a good level of environmental behaviour. As a result, the company’s leaders have decided to take in to its structure an environmental management system compliant with the standard UNI EN ISO 14001:2015. The aim of doing so is to assess the impact of the organisations activities on the environment and to strive toward continual improvement of its environmental performances.
SA Fire Protection s.r.l is sure that the success of the system and its continuous improvement depends on the commitment and involvement of all levels and of all business functions. In fact, the leadership has defined objectives, strategies and documentation making available the technical, economic and human resources to ensure that environmental policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the company.
Sa Fire Protection leadership identifies the following objectives in the environmental management system:
- Establish its current position in relation to the environment by carrying out an environmental review;
- Comply with current legislation and voluntary agreements in respect of significant environmental impacts;
- Pursuing the goal of continuous improvement of its environmental performance and pollution prevention;
- Rationalise the use of resources such as Water, Electricity, Fuels;
- Commit to managing waste so as to favour, where possible, recovery and recycling rather than disposal;
- Establish and maintain a program of audits to ensure proper implementation of the Environmental Management System and ensure the continued evolution in case of internal and external conditions changing;
- Demonstrate the correct application of the environmental management system through its certification by a third party inspection body.
The management is committed to allocate adequate human and financial resources to the full disclosure of this policy so as to achieve of the objectives, targets and environmental program need to apply it.
The management also agrees to sign the statement and to disclose to all employees and to all the people who work on our behalf.
